Beverly Homecoming Interfaith Worship Service

July 29, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

As part of the Beverly Homecoming Days, local faith centers are uniting for an Interfaith Worship Service to commemorate our diverse traditions. The service will take place Sunday, July 29th at 10 a.m. at Lynch Park (inclement weather would change the location to First Baptist Church in Beverly at 221 Cabot Street) and will include music and words of wisdom from various area faith leaders.
Our theme for this service is, “Celebrating Our Beautiful Diversity.” We will honor the richness of our diverse faith traditions and celebrate that which unites us! This is a family-friendly gathering that is sure to inspire. Bring your lawn chair, beach blanket, family, and friends to celebrate our town’s beautiful diversity! An offering will be collected to benefit Riverhouse/Lifebridge Homeless services.
Sponsoring Beverly Multifaith Coalition congregations include: Temple B’nai Abraham, First Baptist, First Parish, Zen Center North Shore, Intervarsity, Church in the Cove, Gateway Presbyterian, Saint Peters, Second Congregational Church, the Endicott College chaplain, and North Shore Friends Meeting.
