FBC’s Fun Squad sponsors “Elf” at The Cabot for $1 Movie Night!
December 10 @ 6:30 pm
FBC’s *FUN SQUAD* is sponsoring the showing of Elf at The Cabot Theater on Tuesday, December 10 at 6:30 p.m. The movie is free to FBCers and costs $1 for the general public. The Cabot Theater encourages people to bring a new, unwrapped toy (for kids of all ages) to the event. The toys will go to Pathways for Children, and those who donate will be entered into a raffle by the Cabot Theater.
Among its usual offerings, The Cabot will offer Elf-style beverages for purchase at its concession stand and our FBC Fun Squad is upping the ante with festive lobby decorations, Elf-themed activities (trivia, candy jar guess, costume contest-dress in holiday gear, quote-along), as well as prizes! Buddy the Elf will even make an in-person appearance (FBC’s version of Elf, that is) and the Cabot will provide a photo area for people to commemorate this fun event!
The Fun Squad welcomes volunteers who are able to help with this event on the night of Dec. 10 and can contact Amy: alpfftchr@aol.com or Todd: Todd.a.ames@gmail.com with questions or to render volunteer interest!
